I created this Ford Consumer Funnel to illustrate the stages a potential customer goes through when purchasing a Ford Mustang, from initial awareness to post-purchase loyalty. This funnel highlights how different marketing touch points, such as online ads, recommendations, and product reviews, influence buyer behavior at each stage. Building this funnel helped me better understand how strategic communication and targeted advertising guide consumers’ decision-making process, ultimately shaping brand perception and customer retention. It’s an essential tool for visualizing how marketing efforts align with the customer journey and drive long-term brand loyalty.
